Williamsburg, VA Pay From: $ 55 per hour MUST: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Active pharmacist license in the state of Virginia Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practice Willingness to be trained in compounding and PIC responsibilities Prior leadership or compounding experience is a plus, but not required DUTIES: Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations Supervise daily pharmacy operations and support technician workflow Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Oversee safe and accurate dispensing of medications Participate in training for non-sterile compounding Collaborate with providers and patients to optimize outcomes Support quality improvement and preparation for audits or accreditation Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
