DevSecOps Engineer (Sr.) Sterling, VA Pay From: $146,670 per year MUST: DevSecOps Engineer (Sr.) 10+ years relevant experience Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and TeamWork Cloud/Cameo Experience with Cloud solution optimization (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM) Experience configuring and instrumenting virtualization and monitoring/analytics tools (Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint administration, and IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming/layering techniques; familiarity with containerized development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes) Expertise with CI/CD, DevSecOps, test automation, and DevOps tooling (Foreman, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab) Expertise with automated testing tools (Selenium) and developing automated test plans for security and functional requirements; experience with system testing and validation Developing integration interfaces using Python, PowerShell, and Groovy Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories Understanding of Active Directory and customer system security requirements and processes Preparation and maintenance of system components Lead and oversee a total system perspective, including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains Engineering rigor, expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills, and strong documentation skills DoD 8570 compliant (Security+ CE Certification required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field DUTIES: Deploy and maintain infrastructure in a cloud-based environment; deploy and support complex modern cloud architectures Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for databases, servers, and applications using DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Foreman, GitLab, Selenium) Configure and manage IdAM, Active Directory, and LDAP resources Create automated test plans for applications; apply solid engineering rigor including configuration management and testing Create and maintain technical documentation (user guides, how-to guides, infrastructure diagrams) and prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership Work across Linux and Windows environments Collaborate effectively in a team-based Agile scrum environment Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (written and verbal) Utilize strong troubleshooting skills Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
