ServiceNow Developer Remote Pay from $125,000+/yr MUST : Eligible for High level Public Trust 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Solid experience with ServiceNow architecture and design Strong experience with ITSM and/or CSM modules Experience implementing ServiceNow in a new deployment or major re-implementation Experience designing workflows, automation, and service catalog structures Experience with systems integration (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience implementing role-based access and enterprise authentication (SSO/MFA) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification is a plus Bachelor's Degree or additional years of experience" DUTIES : Ideal candidate will design and lead the implementation of a new ServiceNow helpdesk / ticketing platform Define platform architecture, development standards and governance practices Configure and deploy out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications Design data models, workflows, and service catalog structures Establish role-based access control and security model Develop and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations Build and support scoped ServiceNow applications Configure ITSM/CSM modules and case management processes Support platform operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning Assist in release management and deployment activities Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
