Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Specialist to:
* Collaborate with the Sterile Processing Education Specialist, Supervisor, Manager, and OR resource staff on any departmental changes and additions to instruments, processes, workflows, and standards.
* Develop professional and ethical relationships with staff, customers, and vendors, through effective communication and collaboration.
* Ensure the database of the instrument tracking system (Ex. Censitrac) is accurate and establish the appropriate and standard reprocessing method for the materials received, used, and checked out.
* Establish, approve, and update contents and processes for preparation of all instrument trays.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience:
2 years Reprocessing experience Required

Licenses & Certifications:
Certification by CBSPD as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician or IAHCSMM as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician Required
