Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the performance of all Performance Technician work for CTI and MilTrain II JV on matters relating to the daily execution of the MQ-9 ATS contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience: Previous active duty, ANG or AF Reserve service after 11 Sept 2001. Experience operating military radios, and air to ground operation equipment. Understanding of Theater Air Control Systems (TACS) and Army Ground Systems (AGS)

Desired Experience: Operational FTU, CAS and/or CSAR experience (aircrew or direct JTAC support in the field).

General Skills: Must handle multiple, simultaneous tasks, be a self-starter who works independently with limited or no direct supervision and flexibility in out-side tasks, have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, excel in customer service and possess strong communication skills. Exceptional time-management skills are necessity. Must have the ability to build and sustain effective working relations with all levels of staffing throughout the company. Must have a valid US drivers license and acceptable driving record

Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office PowerPoint Word, Excel skills, Proficient in Outlook.

Security Clearance: Current security clearance of "Secret" or above.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate motor vehicles
  • Operate military radios and other military equipment to communicate with aircrews
  • Participate in OPFOR events
  • Role play agencies and assets as required
  • Participate in Close Air Support (CAS), Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and other events as required
