Pharmacist Naples, Florida MUST: Experience Pharmacist Must have 2 plus years of experience as a Pharmacist Must have 1 plus years of inpatient pharmacy experience Must have a Florida State Pharmacy License in good standing Must have experience utilizing Epic EMR Strong communication skills as well as customer service skills DUTIES: The duties of the Pharm D include but are not limited to: Perform tasks related to medication dispensing Maintains drug inventory level commensurate with utilization with feedback Performs monthly narcotic audits Triages patients to other providers as necessary Discusses possible side effects and interactions Takes responsibility for organizing drug information resources in the pharmacy department Educate and counsel patients and caregivers regarding medication Provide drug information services to providers and consumers Serve as pharmacy representative to health center committees Provide support with student preceptor programs Participate in research programs where appropriate *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
