Pay From $22 Per hour

MUST:

Experienced Human Resources Coordinator -Assistant with 2+ years of recent experience providing support in a high volume human resources department

Documenting and updating information employee information in HRIS system

Managing new hires and terminations in ADP Workforce Now

Providing recruiting support

Assisting with time and attendance record keeping

Supporting employee orientations and onboarding of new candidates

Answering phones and responding to human resource inquiries

Documenting and updating payroll information

Technically savvy with ability to learn database management system

Scheduling experience including sending out ending out calendar invites

Pre-screening candidates

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and suites, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and creating reports and spread sheets

Must be proactive

Ability to manage multiple assignments and set priorities

Strong attention to detail

Excellent client service with high level of motivation

Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES:

The duties of the Human Resources Coordinator-Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software

Document and update employee information in ADP Workforce Now

Maintain and update human resources documents

Onboard new hires

Respond to HR inquiries

Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Provide Time and Attendance support to employees and managers

Manage New-Hire Set-Up in ADP

Review ADP payroll records to ensure benefit deductions are processed effectively

Generate and create reports

Complete ACH electronic transfer forms for Finance

Process qualifying event changes for all benefits

Process new hire benefits enrollment and terminations

Assist in reconciling benefits invoices to resolve any billing or enrollment discrepancies

Pre-screen job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.

Perform searches for qualified job candidates

Manage recruitment email inbox

Schedule interviews and communication with candidates

Perform other duties as assigned
