Shift Evening (3:00 - 11:30)



Weekend work is required. (YES)



JOB RESPONSIBILIES:




  • Perform all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of building air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment in a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to HVAC systems.
  • Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot and diagnose various equipment issues, disassemble machines, and repair or replace broken parts.
  • May order replacement parts and equipment with management approval. Inspects completed repairs.
  • May repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.



MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of related experience.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.


Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
