You Are:

You are a highly effective technical program leader with a deep understanding of System Software (SW) or Application Software Product Life Cycle (PLC) and HardwareAssisted Verification (HAV) flows and use cases. You thrive in driving execution across complex HW/SW systems and fostering close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

You possess strong technical program management skills, with the ability to translate product intent into executable plans and deliver with quality and predictability. You have a proven track record of managing complex, crossfunctional programs and driving teams through ambiguity to execution. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and are passionate about delivering technology that moves the industry forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driveendtoend technical program managementfor HAV platforms, including ZeBu, HAPS, and nextgeneration emulation and prototyping systems.
  • Partner closely withProduct Managementto translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with account and field teams, product engineering teams and internal stakeholders to align execution withcustomer commitments, EA/LCA programs, and deployment timelines.
  • Drive crossfunctional core teams acrossR&D, PAE, Manufacturing Operations, GTMto deliver committed features and platforms.
  • Ownprogram planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking, including creation and maintenance of execution dashboards.
  • Driverelease readinessacross hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement, including go/nogo reviews.
  • Continuously improveexecution rigor, scalability, and operational excellenceacross HAV programs.

What You'll Need:

  • 15+ yearsof experience intechnical program management, preferably in EDA, semiconductors, systems, or system software.
  • Strong understanding EDA flows,HardwareAssisted Verification (HAV)flows, emulation, prototyping, or complex HW/SW systems.
  • Proven experience drivinglarge, crossfunctional programswith hardware and software components.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programson time and with high quality.
  • BS in EE, CS, CE, or related field; MS preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
