In this role, you'll:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, cooling, and mechanical systems
* Monitor facility conditions and respond to critical alarms and infrastructure events
* Troubleshoot and support electrical and mechanical systems that power mission-critical environments
* Partner with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades and operational reliability
* Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the campus
This position is based on-site in Ashburn, VA. Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers is recruiting a Data Center Operations Engineer 2 to join their team in Ashburn, VA.
This role works a standard Monday-Friday day schedule supporting facility operations, with participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support incident response when needed.

About This Role
The Data Center Operations Engineer 2 plays a hands-on role in maintaining and optimizing mission-critical infrastructure within Sabey's data center environments. This role supports the day-to-day operations of mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems that keep customer equipment operating reliably.
Working closely with the operations team, you will monitor facility performance, perform preventive maintenance, respond to system alerts, and help ensure the highest levels of uptime and operational excellence across the campus.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of mission-critical infrastructure including power distribution, HVAC systems, and environmental controls

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $95,335 - $143,003, depending on experience.
