Registered Nurse Director Manassas VA Pay From $55 Per Hour MUST: The Clinical Nurse Director must have the following: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia 10+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse 1+ year of experience handling day to day operations within a surgical environment and managing staff Implementing policies and procedures Handling clinical duties in surgical setting Evaluating employee performance Ensuring credentialing is up to date and accurate for Registered Nurse's and providers Experience working in the surgical field Handling budgeting of the center Overseeing clinical staff Knowledge of regulatory compliance as well as infection control and ability to oversee risk management BLS certified and willing to obtain ACLS Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing DUTIES: The Duties of the Registered Nurse Director include but are not limited to the following: Oversee and manage clinical staff Handle employee evaluations Perform clinical duties as needed Oversee budget and ensure that site stays withing given budget Develop and implement policies and procedures Ensure infection control, and regulatory compliance are met and oversee risk management Collaborate with management Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
