The Manager of Clinical Transformation is a critical role focused on increasing the value of services. provided within Main Line HealthCare (MLHC) by reducing the total cost of care while maintaining high levels of quality and service. This role leverages evidence and data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Partnering with clinical and operational leadership, the Manager will prioritize strategically important projects that have a significant impact within MLHC and Main Line Health (MLH). They will work closely with value-based care stakeholders within MLHC, Main Line Health Physician Partners (MLHPP), Ambulatory Care Management and Coordination, and Quality to develop and implement clinical programs that promote evidence-based best practices. The Manager will also interface with front-line operational teams to reengineer workflows and drive practice transformation. The Manager may also collaborate with other MLH stakeholders to achieve MLHC and MLH value-based goals. By reducing unwarranted practice variation and creating more integrated systems of care, this leader will strive to make it easier to deliver high-value care. The Manager will report to the Medical Director for Quality and Value-Based Care, Main Line HealthCare and Main Line Health Physician Partners. They will have management responsibility for the design and implementation of clinical transformation programs aimed at enhancing clinical efficiency, appropriateness of care, and successful achievement of value-based initiatives.

Experience:

5 years experience in a role within a healthcare organization with operational accountability required

5 years experience with development and implementation of quality and process improvement required

5 years experience with major change/transformative healthcare initiatives, development and implementation of population health or value-based care initiatives.

Education:

Master's Degree in Health Administration or Public Health or another relevant field preferred. Clinical degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

If clinician, active license required
