Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Florida State University, is recruiting a Program Director of Budget and Financial Services (Associate Bursar) to join their team in Tallahassee, FL. This is an onsite role. The team oversees billing, payment processing, refunds, and account services, helping simplify the financial side of the student experience so learners can focus on their academic goals. As the Associate Bursar, you will serve as a senior leader within Student Finance, overseeing the systems, services, and controls that power student financial operations. At a time when institutions are modernizing financial systems and enhancing digital experiences, this role is central to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation across student financial services. You'll lead critical efforts tied to system optimization, process improvement, and financial oversight-while guiding a team and partnering across the university to improve how financial services are delivered to students and families. How you will spend your time: Provide functional leadership for student financial systems including PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Transact, and Flywire, ensuring accurate configuration, billing, and refund processes

Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
