Job Title: Social Worker - Behavioral Health (Crisis Intervention) Overview: We're seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) to provide crisis and behavioral health services in the Emergency and Psychiatry departments. The Social Worker II performs psychosocial evaluations, crisis assessments, individual and group therapy, discharge planning, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care and appropriate community referrals. Supervision: Reports to Social Work Coordinator and Medical Directors, Psychiatry and Emergency Services. May supervise LGSW staff as applicable. Salary Range: Minimum 1.00/hour - Maximum 1,000.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
