Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician Sterling, VA Pay From: $25.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced controls or electrical troubleshooting experience Strong customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification DUTIES: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Service and troubleshoot refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.) Perform light commercial installations and service work Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain clean, organized work practices and documentation Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
