Job Details
Summary Peer Recovery Coaches bring lived experience and compassionate, non-clinical support to the Emergency Department, helping patients move from crisis to treatment. Working with ED staff and social workers, they provide bedside engagement, motivational interviewing, warm referrals, appointment/transportation coordination, and post-discharge follow-up to improve treatment linkage and outcomes. Qualifications
Salary Range: Minimum 18.27/hour - Maximum 27.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
