Nurse Practitioner
Greenbelt, MD Pay from $55.00 per hour MUST:
DUTIES: * Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses * Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, X-rays) * Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulations * Provide preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and health education * Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma * Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care * Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
