Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Days. Hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid position working onsite approximately 1 day per month. When in person you will work at our Administrative Office at 7974 UW Health Court in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to:

  • Provide data-entry, administrative, and customer service support for UW Health Supply Chain.
  • Fulfill the entry and upkeep of supply data associated with executed contracts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in a business-related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years data entry experience an office setting focused on customer service or business operations Required
  • 2 years Supply chain experience; healthcare business support experience Preferred
