Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of a department, including preparation of reports, research issues and update policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
  • Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.\Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
