The Intermediate Care Nurse Practitioner (IMC NP) works within the intermediate care hospital setting in collaboration with a vibrant team including but not limited to neurologists, neurosurgeons, residents, fellows, and APPs in a highly rewarding academic hospital setting. Responsibilities include: inpatient care, patient education, collaboration with consulting specialists and primary providers, maintaining communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary health care teams, potentially precepting APP students as well as onboarding new APPs, and care policy/protocol adherence and education. Primarily care for and follow adult patients with various neurological, in conjunction with internal medicine, conditions as they transition through the service. Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
