Apr 20, 2026

The Repairs Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the repair process by issuing MRA (Material Return Authorization) numbers to customers for returning devices, coordinating repairs with technicians and manufacturing teams, issuing repair quotes and invoices, and maintaining the daily RIG board. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and following up to ensure their satisfaction.

  • MRA Issuance: Generate and assign MRA numbers to customers requesting device repairs, ensuring accurate documentation of devices, issues, and customer details.
  • Repair Coordination: Collaborate closely with repair technicians and manufacturing teams to schedule and prioritize repairs based on MRA numbers. Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Quote and Invoicing: Prepare repair quotes based on evaluation results and share them with customers. Upon approval, generate accurate invoices and process them in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with customers throughout the repair process. Provide updates on repair status, estimated completion times, and any potential delays.
  • RIG Board Management: Maintain the daily (RIG) board, ensuring repair numbers are accurately tracked, monitored, and updated. Keep all stakeholders informed about repair progress.
  • Follow-up: Initiate regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns they might have. Ensure that the repair process meets their expectations and resolves their issues.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all repair activities, including MRA numbers, repair quotes, invoices, communication logs, and repair progress updates.
  • Quality Control: Work closely with repair technicians to ensure that repairs are conducted to high-quality standards, and that devices are thoroughly tested before being returned to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the repair process, including reducing turnaround times, enhancing communication protocols, and optimizing the RIG board management.
