Endoscopy Technician Manassas, VA Pay From: $23 Per Hour MUST: The Endoscopy Tech must have the following experience: Rooming patients and obtaining vitals Providing support to patients before and after procedures Assisting providers and nurses as needed Assisting with endoscopy and GI procedures Reprocessing scopes Cleaning and preparing rooms and equipment Turning over rooms Documenting detailed information in EMR Experienced with sterile processing HS Diploma or GED DUTIES: The Endoscopy Technician will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Room patients Prepare patients for procedures Assist with GI and endoscopy procedures Clean and turnover rooms Document detailed information in EMR Reprocess scopes Take patient histories and vital signs Assist with exams and procedures Prepare and turn over exam and treatment rooms Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for procedures, including cleaning and sterilization Provide direct patient care as instructed by the provider Complete appropriate documentation on all patients Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
