Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in a, fast-paced Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience DUTIES The Service Desk Specialist will Manage user security groups and user accounts Creating, disabling, deleting, and moving user accounts Provisioning user accounts Disabling and unlocking of accounts Moving into appropriate Active Directory (AD) Operating Unit (Ous) Managing user entitlements in MED 365 Deploying and Configuring Group Policy Objects (GPO) Managing user security groups.
