You are comfortable quarterbacking complex projects that cut across sales, operations, and finance, translating a vision into a set of priorities and then making them happen. You know how to take a tangle of competing goals, clarify what matters most, and align teams that do not always agree. When a VP asks for a briefing, you do not just pull numbers-you connect the dots, frame the tradeoffs, and make sure the story is clear. You are used to handling sensitive information without missing a beat, and you do not get rattled by shifting priorities or incomplete data. You find satisfaction in making leaders more effective, not by sitting on the sidelines, but by anticipating what is needed before it lands. Whether it is a strategic offsite, a high-stakes presentation, or a thorny cross-functional project, you have been there, and you are ready to do it again at scale. What You'll Be DoingPartnering directly with the Regional Vice President to define, prioritize, and track the progress of strategic initiatives across the Americas regionStreamlining business processes, identifying operational roadblocks, and driving continuous improvements that actually stickGathering and synthesizing data using Excel, BI tools, and other platforms to provide actionable insights for executive decision-makingCrafting high-impact executive presentations, strategic communications, and succinct reports that make leadership look sharp and well-preparedActing as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure everyone is rowing in the same directionOrchestrating executive meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions-from agenda design to follow-up-so time is never wastedLeading or executing special projects with a clear business outcome, whether it is launching a new enablement program or quarterbacking a region-wide initiativeThe Impact You Will HaveTurning strategic intent into operational reality, making sure priorities actually move forward instead of getting stuck in committeeImproving how teams work together by removing friction, clarifying ownership, and breaking down silos across departmentsGiving leaders the clarity and confidence they need to make big decisions by delivering insights that are both data-driven and business-savvyElevating the quality and consistency of executive communication, so everyone from VPs to frontline teams knows what matters and whyAccelerating the adoption of sales enablement programs and strategic initiatives that improve business performanceCreating a measurable lift in leadership effectiveness by anticipating needs and keeping focus on the highest-value workHelping Synopsys respond faster and smarter to new opportunities and challenges by driving cross-functional executionWhat You'll Need7-10+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, sales operations, or executive leadership support rolesDemonstrated experience managing strategic projects from start to finish, with clear business impactProven track record collaborating across functions-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product-at the director or executive levelAdvanced analytical chops, including data synthesis and insight generation using Excel and, ideally, BI platformsStrong executive communication skills-both written and verbal-with a portfolio of presentations, reports, and briefings you have built yourselfBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus, but not requiredExperience in enterprise SaaS, technology, or industrial/manufacturing sectors is a plusComfort handling confidential information with professionalism and discretionWho You AreYou can walk into a meeting with executives, listen for what is not being said, and leave with a plan everyone can rally aroundYou know how to get things done in organizations where priorities shift and alignment is not a givenYou turn complex, messy data into clear, actionable recommendations-never just slides full of numbersYou ask tough questions, challenge assumptions, and push for clarity when others settle for ambiguityYou balance strategic thinking with a bias for action; you do not just advise, you executeYou are trusted to keep sensitive information locked down and handle confidential topics with maturityThe Team You'll Be Part OfYour recruiter will share more about the team structure and mission during the interview process.Rewards and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
