Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), is recruiting a Deputy Director, Title IX to join their team in Los Angeles, CA (UCLA campus). This is a hybrid role. Here's a little about UCLA: UCLA is one of the world's leading public research universities, consistently ranked among the top institutions globally. The UCLA Office of Civil Rights plays a critical role in fostering a campus environment rooted in equity, safety, and accountability. The office oversees compliance with federal and state civil rights laws and leads efforts to prevent and respond to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation across one of the most complex higher education ecosystems in the country. About this role: This is not a typical Title IX role. UCLA receives one of the highest volumes of reports across the UC system, offering an unmatched opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from student matters to complex issues involving faculty, staff, and healthcare environments. As Deputy Director, you'll serve as a key partner to the Title IX Director, helping lead investigations, shape processes, and mentor staff. This role offers meaningful leadership exposure and the chance to build deep expertise in highly nuanced, high-impact cases. Qualifications:
Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary for this position is $150,000 $155,000 annually.
