Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Harvey Mudd College, is recruiting a Philanthropic Advisor to join their team in Claremont, California. This is a hybrid role with travel up to two weeks per month. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Development, the Philanthropic Advisor will manage a portfolio of approximately 100-125 major gift prospects and play a key role in advancing the College's most ambitious priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, enjoys travel and autonomy, and wants to be part of a collaborative advancement team during a pivotal campaign phase. You'll partner closely with faculty, leadership, and advancement colleagues to shape strategy, deepen donor engagement, and drive meaningful philanthropic investment. Your Contribution Will Likely Include: Managing and executing strategies for a portfolio of 100-125 major gift prospects capable of giving $100,000+
