The ORA II will perform specific nursing-related duties in providing for the personal and environmental care and comfort of patients ranging in age from infant to geriatric. The ORA II will work in a structured environment under the supervision of a Specialty Team Coordinator (STC) and/or Assistant Nurse Manager reporting to the Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager. The ORA II will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary o provide age-appropriate care in accordance with the unit's an department's approved standards, policies and procedures.

Experience:

1. Previous Operating Room Assistant experience or other related Health Care experience required preferred.

2. Successful completion of orientation, including Computer Based Training as required.

Education:

High School or GED

Licensures/Certifications:

BLS Certified, or obtained within first 30 days of hire.

Employee Status: Regular

Schedule: Per Diem

Shift: Day Job

Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.50
