This position will be responsible for designing and developing materials to support business development, with a focus on creating compelling print and digital collateral for proposals and presentations, such as offering memorandums and presentations.

Main Responsibilities

* Graphically convey the company's expertise and differentiators in a professional and compelling fashion. Includes creating, design, and edit materials to include, but not limited to; print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound books.

* Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.

* Create property listings on JLL listing site.

* Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams; taking verbal and written input and apply to graphic illustrations.

* Design materials that align with the preferences of the deal team and clients, while adhering to JLL branding standards.

* Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business.

* Take initiative to identify when others need assistance and provide support as needed.

* Strong time management and communication skills are essential for this role.

* Provide other general graphic requests as required.

Experience Required

* Minimum of 2 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (PC environment).

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to design within a set of branding standards.

* Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others.

* Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills.

* Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.

* Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving skills.

* Any commercial real estate industry knowledge is a plus.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or graphic design or equivalent experience.

Computer Skills

* Emphasis in the use of InDesign, including creating/inserting and formatting tables, and labeling aerial photography and maps.

* Strong knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) for PC.

* Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Environment

* Office - work with computers and printers.

* Please note this is an in-person role.

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
