Could you be our next Behavioral Health Therapist II at Mental Health Exton? Behavioral Health Therapist II Make an Impact! The Behavioral Health Technician II (BHT II) is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care to adult patients in a mental health partial hospitalization setting. This role supports the therapeutic process through assessment, treatment, and coordination of care, while ensuring compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities include: Conduct patient evaluations and assist in developing individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family counseling services Facilitate up to three therapeutic group sessions per day Deliver psychoeducational lectures to support patient learning and recovery Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed Support patient intake processes and complete comprehensive assessments for new admissions Coordinate case management services, including resource linkage and care planning Assist with treatment planning, ongoing patient progress reviews, and discharge planning Conduct individual therapy sessions as appropriate Deliver age-appropriate care tailored to the adult patient population Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with licensure standards and MLH requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of careAdditional Expectations: Provide support to patients and families throughout the course of treatment Balance direct patient care responsibilities with required administrative and documentation tasks Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices at all times Develop and Grow Your Career! Location: Mirmont Outpatient Center- Broomall: 600 Abbott Dr., Broomall, PA 19008 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience at a Graduate-level supervised internship or practicum in a mental health setting and at least 2 years of post-graduate Education: Master's or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's in Social Work Licensures/Certifications: Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor Employee Status: Regular Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Pay Range: $65,520.00 - $101,504.00 Job Grade: 111
