About JLL We're JLL, a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. We shape the future of real estate for a better world by using the most advanced technology to create rewarding opportunities, amazing spaces and sustainable real estate solutions for our clients, our people, and our communities. As a Fortune 200 company, we help real estate owners, occupiers and investors achieve their business ambitions. We have operations in over 80 countries and a global workforce of over 115,000 individuals. We believe a diverse and inclusive culture is one where everyone succeeds. That's why we're committed to creating an environment where we all feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to achieve our full potential. JLL has launched Accelerate, its 2030 strategy, a bold, company-wide commitment to transforming how we operate, compete, and grow. This is not incremental change. It is a fundamental reimagining of JLL. The Opportunity The Global Head of HR, Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies (JLLT) exists to ensure that transformation doesn't happen to our corporate functions, it happens through them. This leader will be the connective tissue between JLL's people strategy and the Accelerate agenda, helping the corporate functions build the organizations, capabilities, and cultures that the next chapter of JLL demands. This is a role for someone who runs toward transformation, who gets energy from ambiguous, high-stakes situations, who can hold multiple complex agendas simultaneously without losing momentum, and who understands that speed and precision are not opposites. What You'll Own As Global Head of HR for Corporate Functions and JLLT, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to the CFO and the CEO of JLLT, while ensuring every other corporate function has the right HR partnership in place to drive their own transformation. You will be a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Global CHRO, as well as the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) and JLLT's Executive Team (eTeam). Your remit is threefold: Be the strategic partner where it matters most. You will serve as the direct, hands-on HR partner to the CFO, who is redesigning Finance from the ground up, and to the CEO of JLLT, who is advancing a bold data and AI agenda that will shape how the entire firm operates. These are JLL's most active transformation fronts, and you will be embedded in them. Ensure every function has what it needs to transform. For Legal, Marketing, Research, HR and JLL's share services (JBS), your role is one of oversight and enablement, ensuring the right HR partners and capabilities are in place, that service levels are consistent and high, and that each function's change agenda has the structural HR support it requires. As JBS evolves toward a more agentified, AI-enabled operating model, you will provide strategic oversight to ensure the people dimensions of that evolution are well managed. Build and lead a world-class HRBP team. You will directly manage 6 HRBP professionals, who are supported by HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, and HR Consultants who handle day-to-day manager support. Your job is to set vision, develop talent, and ensure your team operates with both strategic depth and flawless execution. You will build a culture of excellence and accountability, and you will set the standard for what great HR partnership looks like across the enterprise. The Work, Specifically
