Overview: The Associate Director, Supply Network Strategy Operations is responsible for driving disciplined execution and momentum across Supply Network Strategy initiatives by structuring work, sequencing decisions, and ensuring consistent followthrough. This role operates as the execution integrator for Network Strategy - turning strategy intent into actionable plans, decisionready materials, and measurable progress. This role operates at the intersection of network strategy formulation and execution, ensuring that strategic intent is pressure-tested, sequenced, and translated into decisions that materially strengthen supply continuity and resilience. The role will work under the direction of the Network Strategy Head to partner in driving senior alignment, prioritization, and arbitration. This is a highleverage individual contributor role focused on methodical execution in a complex, crossfunctional environment. #LI-KB1 #LI-Hybrid U.S. Pay Range $162,800.00 - $220,200.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
