This position provides administrative oversight and management for the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the health system and provides administrative support for select members of the Strategy Office and key projects in association with the Chief Health Officer. This position interfaces with a wide range of internal teams and external partners, requiring flexibility and a high level of independence and initiative. Has strong project management and technical skills to take on a range of different types of projects for Office leadership and support of the Strategy Office overall. Serves as the onsite resource for the Strategy Office at the Governor Park sites. Work location is defined by project needs and is current projected to be split across North County Inland (Escondido), and La Jolla locations (Jacobs Medical Center and Governor Park). Is able to handle highly confidential projects. Other related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $65,800 - $115,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.51 - $55.08 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
