Pay From: $100,000 annually


MUST:

Must have proposal management experience

Must be able to manage proposals

Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proposal experience, with 3 years of experience as a Proposal Manager in the
federal government, with a preference to IT, Physical Security Support Services markets.
Knowledge of the federal acquisition process, including familiarity with tools such as SAM,
Capture2Proposal (C2P), GSA Advantage, Symphony, and eBuy.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
High level of written and spoken English.
Demonstrated performance in managing proposal tasks and resources in a dynamic and fluid
operational environment.
Demonstrated capability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling documents in a variety of technical
and non-technical areas.

Ability to conceptualize and communicate graphics requirements.

DUTIES:

Proactively manage proposal efforts with stakeholders (Business Units, Contracts, Corporate Team), and external stakeholders (Subcontractors, Vendors, Teaming Partners). Drive the proposal process and be relentless in meeting milestones and deadlines.

Develop and manage proposal schedules and risk management plans, and coordinate all communications with proposal participants.

Own the proposal/response volumes, including identifying, assigning, collecting, and incorporating all technical/SME contributions, helping to develop and generate strategies, win themes, and discriminators, and deliver final products in "one voice" with no technical writing errors.

Ensure compliance of all documentation prior to submission (RFX, Corporate, Client-specific).

Monitor for Amendments, Q&A/Q&A Response, and all other updates to solicitations during the pre-submission and post-submission phases to ensure CRI meets all requirements.

Manage and contribute to the ongoing development of proposal templates (i.e., Pricing, Technical, Management Approach, past performance references/past performance questionnaires), and response repository.

Participate in the evaluation of business opportunities for bid/no bid decisions, and support the

tracking of active pursuits using various sources (SAM, eBuy, agency forecasting tools, CRI's pipeline,

etc.).
