Job Description:

Factor_75 a brand of Hello Fresh is currently seeking a HACCP Manager to develop, implement, and manage all Preventive Controls and HACCP Plans in our RTE facilities. The HACCP Manager oversees all aspects of facilities' HACCP plans to provide objective evidence of compliance with FSMA and SQF standards.

You will...

  • Ensure food safety compliance with local, city, state and federal (FSMA) requirements, and SQF standards
  • Develop, implement, and maintain preventive controls and prerequisite programs
  • Design and establish HACCP plans in all Facilities and update as necessary

  • Responsible for monitoring, verification, and vindications of CCPs and other preventive controls
  • Conduct comprehensive annual HACCP and SQF reassessments including program review and functional audits of HACCP, SSOP, SQF programs, and pre-requisite programs and all supporting documents.
  • Develop and execute the employee/contractor food safety and compliance training

You have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Food Science, Biology or other relevant subjects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the food industry
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership role within a food facility
  • PCQI Certified
  • Organizational oversight with large site or multi-site business
  • Strong attention to detail and data driven mindset
  • Extensive knowledge of principles and applications of Food Safety programs including HACCP, Sanitation and applicable certifications
  • Up-to-date knowledge on FDA and local guidelines
