Identity Digital is looking for a Financial Analyst to become a member of our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. This individual will play a critical part in advancing our understanding of the business and will be a key contributor to Identity Digital continued growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process in collaboration with functional departments using key performance metrics and business drivers.

• Support monthly variance analysis including helping craft the narrative on what happened, why it happened and how it changes perspective going forward.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams to update and adjust assumptions that drive forecast models.

• Eagerness to learn the business, key metrics driving assumptions and provide support on how to improve those assumptions.

• Help develop and maintain decision support and financial analysis models.

• Support pricing research and analysis.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or another quantitative field; MBA, PE or Investment Banking experience preferred.

• 1 plus years of experience; preferred in a technology or SaaS business

• Develop effective and collaborative working relationships across the organization

• Strong Excel skills

• Preferred experience with NetSuite, Tableau and SQL

• Familiarity with Google productivity tools (gmail, docs, gdrive)

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities

• Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills: ability to identify and analyze complex issues; focus on relevant information; understand and utilizes metrics relevant to role
