Power Platform Developer REMOTE Pay From: $40 hr MUST Power Platform Developer Required Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification. Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting application development and maintenance activities. Minimum three (3) years of experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience integrating enterprise applications and supporting data-driven business solutions. Experience supporting Agile software development and iterative delivery methodologies. Experience with application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Desired Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer certification. Experience with SharePoint Online administration and development. Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development. Experience supporting cloud-based Microsoft 365 environments. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and DevSecOps practices. Experience supporting federal government or regulated environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field DUTIES As the primary technical resource responsible for supporting application operations and maintenance (O&M), implementing enhancements, resolving defects, and delivering new functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform environments. Working approximately 32 hours per week within an Agile delivery framework, the Developer collaborates with business stakeholders, project leadership, and end users to transform approved requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The position supports the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities. Application Operations and Maintenance Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and service requests. Perform corrective, adaptive, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure application stability and reliability. Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Support user administration, security configuration, and system access management activities. Coordinate with infrastructure and platform support teams regarding environment updates, releases, and technical issues. Maintain application configurations, technical documentation, and operational records.
