This role works closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure the reliable exchange of healthcare data and the successful deployment and support of system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Epic applications and interfaces. Participate in system testing, validation, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues. Perform system maintenance, monitoring, security administration, and user provisioning. Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and vendors to support system enhancements. Document system changes and communicate technical requirements to stakeholders. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide application support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare operations or information technology. Ability to obtain Epic certification in assigned module(s) within 120 days of hire. Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical/business operations. Experience with healthcare information systems preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Visio and Project experience preferred. Why Join Us? Salary Range: Minimum 30.53/hour - Maximum 53.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
