Business and Data Analytics Manager Arlington VA Pay From: $38 Per Hour MUST: The Business and Data Analytics Manager's experience includes but is not limited to the following: 3+ years of Business Analyst experience Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, data analysis tools, and data integration Experienced with Statistical Analytical Systems (SAS), Power BI, or Tableau Python, and SQL experience SDLC experience Process documentation, data analysis, and project management methodologies both traditional and Agile/Scrum UAT Experience Audit management systems experience Abstracting and summarizing data Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experienced with AI tools Project Management experience Strong writing skills Bachelor's Degree DUTIES: The Duties of the Business and Data Analytics Manager include but are not limited to the following: Handle Data Analysis and constructs workflow charts and diagrams Coordinate the integration of data from different systems to ensure consistency and reliability for analysis and reporting Gather requirements Identify and implement processes to optimize and streamline the audit management system Collaborate with stakeholders Create clear, detailed documentation to communicate findings and KPI's using process maps, data models, reports, visualizations and dashboards Lead testing efforts to ensure system modifications meet business requirements, coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolving issues Deliver solutions that provide tangible benefits and identify business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them Lead and support projects Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
