Systems and Data Operations Manager

Arlington VA

Pay from: $40 per hour

MUST:

The Systems and Data Operations Manager should have the following:

3+ years of experience

Data architecture, data analysis or database management

System and Data Integrity

Reporting, Analysis and Documentation

Stakeholder and vendor coordination

Troubleshooting applications and components

Experienced with data analysis, reporting tools, and or dashboard development (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Documenting processes and developing training materials

Project execution and Coordination

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and modular workflow systems

Working knowledge of databases, system integrations, and or data architecture concepts

Performing structured testing, validation, and quality assurance for system changes.

Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES:

The duties of the Systems and Data Operations Manager include but are not limited to the following:

Support production systems, enterprise applications, data quality, and or system integrations. Must have prior experience working with data architecture, data analysis or database management

Administer and support CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus) including configuration, user support, reporting, or workflow management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
