Position title: Specialist, Project Scientist or Research Scientist Salary range:
A reasonable salary range estimate for this position is based on the academic series under which the candidate is appointed. The posted 2026-2027 UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. We invite applications for Specialist, Project Scientist, and Research Scientist positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full rank. Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, the selected candidates will function with varying degrees of independence depending on the appointment series. Responsibilities include:
