Vice President, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Consolidations & Governance Location: Atlanta GA We are seeking a strategic and experienced finance executive to lead our SEC reporting, regulatory reporting, financial consolidations, technical accounting, and governance functions. This highly visible leadership role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Company's financial reporting while partnering with senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and key business stakeholders. Role Requirements:
Ideal Candidate A collaborative and influential finance leader with strong technical accounting expertise, proven SEC reporting experience, and the ability to drive governance, compliance, and process excellence across a complex global organization.
