Work Schedule: 80% FTE position, 32 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with Tuesday off. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Welcome Center Agent to: * Address first call resolution for customers needing information, or assisting with general inquiries pertaining to services that UW Health provides. * Initiate a smooth transition for patients entering the UW Health system.
