Guest Service Ambassador-JLL What this job involves: As a Guest Service Ambassador at JLL, you'll be the welcoming face of our client's workplace, creating exceptional first impressions and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued from the moment they arrive. This role is central to our culture of collaboration and inclusivity, as you'll interact with employees, visitors, and vendors daily, ensuring their experience reflects the innovative and optimistic approach we bring to workplace management. You'll manage reception operations with professionalism and warmth, handle administrative tasks that keep the workplace running smoothly, and serve as a trusted resource for building information and services. We embrace more innovative ways of working, and in this role, you'll demonstrate a proactive approach to service delivery-regularly walking the floors to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. By delivering outstanding customer service with executive-level presence and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment, you'll play a vital role in shaping a brighter way for everyone who walks through our doors. What your day-to-day will look like: * Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and guests with warmth and professionalism, responding to inquiries, and ensuring everyone feels welcome * Manage visitor access by issuing and tracking security badges, maintaining accurate visitor logs, and ensuring compliance with building security protocols * Sign for and track incoming packages and mail, maintaining comprehensive records of all deliveries with high attention to detail * Coordinate parking access and assignments, including issuing parking passes, managing visitor parking requests, and maintaining parking records and databases * Utilize Excel to track visitor data, generate reports, maintain badge inventories, and support administrative record-keeping for reception operations * Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of workplace events and meetings * Regularly walk the floors to proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining a visible presence throughout the workplace and addressing concerns in an expedient manner Required qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * 2+ years of customer service, reception, or hospitality experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining high level of accuracy * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Professional demeanor with executive-level presence and ability to interact with senior executives and executive leadership Preferred qualifications: * Experience in commercial real estate, corporate office environments, or property management * Facilities, property management, or workplace experience knowledge * Proven track record of handling high-volume visitor traffic * Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to service delivery * Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Location: Atlanta,GA Schedule: M-F 8-5 This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
