MUST:


Experienced Software Developer (.NET core)

Eligible for high level Public Trust

6+ years of experience with full lifecycle software development .NET Core

Must be proficient with .NET core development (5+ years)

Deep hands-on technical expertise in building web applications and RESTful web services.

Experience using JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or similar

Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Hands-on experience building web applications and RESTful web services

Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines

Experience with basic application containerization, troubleshooting, deployment, and orchestration (Docker and/or Kubernetes) is strongly preferred

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field is required

DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will help to build and maintain high-quality web applications and services in a collaborative, agile environment

Provide development support and take on end-to-end development projects

Operational Excellence - build, deploy, monitor, and operation of production services

Design, code, test, and debug applications and system components that meet defined technical specifications and business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams to clarify requirements and ensure effective solution delivery

Refine business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions and recommend alternative approaches when appropriate

Perform thoughtful and thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Support Operational Excellence by helping build, deploy, monitor, and manage production services

Communicate effectively with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment

Provide mentorship and advice to other software developers
