Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator! In this pivotal role, you will drive supply chain excellence by mastering our inventory control software to organize products, optimize logistics, and seamlessly schedule inbound pickups and deliveries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Optimize Logistics: Design and execute systematic plans for efficient truck loading and unloading operations.

  • Master Inventory Control: Utilize advanced software to manage product labeling, tagging, packaging, and receipt transactions with precision.

  • Resolve & Support: Process customer returns collaboratively across departments to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Coordinate Shipments: Schedule inbound pickups, direct drivers to exact delivery points, and actively communicate with internal and external partners to expedite orders.

  • Lead Cycle Counts: Take ownership of cycle counting procedures, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies proactively.

  • Adapt & Contribute: Perform additional duties as needed to support team success.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and inventory control software, particularly regarding processing, raw materials management, and product shipping.

  • Fast-Paced Readiness: Ability to thrive in a high-energy manufacturing environment.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and the primary language utilized at the location.

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.

Physical & Work Environment Demands

  • Physical capabilities may vary depending on specialized tasks; must be able to lift and carry engines, parts, or materials of varying weights.

  • Ability to perform physical movements (pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching) throughout an 8-12 hour shift.

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously over the course of an 8-12 hour shift.

  • Willingness to participate in job rotation, where applicable.

Position Description

Oversees the organization of products using inventory control software. Schedules order pick ups and delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Organizes and develops systematic plans for loading and unloading of trucks
  2. Ensures the proper labeling, tagging, packaging and receipts of products and materials by using inventory control software to record transactions
  3. Processes customer returns and works with other departments to resolve outstanding issues
  4. Schedules inbound pickups for common carriers/company trucks and directs to proper destination for delivery; Interacts with internal and external customers to expedite and follow up on orders
  5. Leads and coordinates cycle counting duties to investigate and resolve issues
  6. Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
  • Interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity inventory control software as it relates to processing, raw materials and shipment of product
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

May be required to lift or carry engines, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. The supervisor will provide the essential physical requirements of each individual job.
Job rotation may be required, where applicable

Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
