Patient Financial Services Specialist

Work Schedule

• 100% full-time, day shift
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• This is a hybrid position in person work location is 2550 Charles St
  

Qualifications

• No minimum education. Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field. Preferred
  

Work Experience

• 2 years experience in the healthcare or related field with emphasis on collection and or insurance processes. Preferred
• Experience with customer service, insurance, finance, or medical office. Preferred
• Epic experience. Preferred
• UW Health Revenue Cycle experience. Preferred
