Process Improvement Engineer

* Lead process improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, yield, and cost performance.
* Analyze production and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational and quality issues.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and support business objectives.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices.
* Support capital projects, product trials, and process optimization efforts.
* Monitor key performance metrics and recommend actions to improve results.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
* 5-7 years of experience preferred.
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
* Experience with coating, printing, converting, or web handling processes preferred.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
