The incumbent must be able to function independently as well as be able to assist and/ or lead a team of people in planning, organizing and completing several tasks that must be accomplished by a specific date. This includes a certain amount of physical labor provided by the incumbent on a case-by-case basis. This position faces challenges maintaining positive relationships with all involved parties, complying with state and federal regulations, and working cooperatively with other departments to achieve project goals. High standards of professionalism and performance are essential. The incumbent must be able to multi-task and take general directions from members of the Leadership Team, and other Renown Staff as required. This position has contact with department heads, directors, managers, supervisors and staff to discuss projects which impact their areas. This position is supported with grant funding and is contingent upon the continued availability of such funds. If at the end of the project period new funds are not available, the position will not be renewed. This position does not provide patient care.
