Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Qualified applicants must be able to work 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. This will be discussed in more detail in the interview. This is a hybrid position that allows one day per week from home once fully trained. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work primarily at University Hospital with periodic visits to EastPark. We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager to:
- Direct and evaluate the department's workforce including staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates.
- Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field required. BSN required for RN Clinic Manager
- Master's Degree in Nursing, healthcare management, business, or related health field Preferred
Work Experience
- Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience Required
- 5 years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
Licenses/Certification
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred (Required for RN Clinic Manager)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
