This is a full time, 40 hours per week position with hour falling primarily Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Education Operations Specialist to:

  • Manage daily operational work required to keep all educational programs moving smoothly.
  • Ensure program processes are organized and operating according to plans.
  • Track educational data and creates reporting that supports planning, monitoring of program activities and in-depth evaluations of programs.
  • Identify, develop, implement and evaluate new or revised daily operational workflow processes for the department.
  • Act as a resource for education program information and guidance.
  • Manage education program communications and materials

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in business administration or related field. Two years of relevant experience in an office environment may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of experience in an office environment Required
  • Experience in an academic healthcare setting Preferred
